MeridianLink® LIVE! 2024 takes place at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN, April 29-May 2. Starting Tuesday, December 5, registration opens with an exclusive early bird registration discount of $500 off the full registration rate per registrant.
To complete your registration:
On December 5th, visit the MeridianLink Live! site, go to the Registration page, and submit the form using a valid company email address (personal email addresses with a domain such as gmail.com or yahoo.com will not be accepted).
Don’t wait! This offer is valid from December 5, 2023, through January 4, 2024. The full Forum fee is $1849, but the $500 discount brings the cost to $1349—making this the lowest published registration fee offered to customers to attend the entire 2024 event. (This discount cannot be combined with any other Forum discount.)
There is a guest package available for purchase that will grant your MeridianLink Live! guest access to various general sessions and evening events for $399 per guest. After you have registered for our event, a special code to register your guest can be obtained by emailing your request to events@meridianlink.com.
Reserve your room at a discounted rate too!
Once we successfully receive your registration, we’ll send you an automated confirmation at the email address you provided. This confirmation will also include a link to the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center guest reservation portal exclusively for MeridianLink Live! attendees. This will give you access to the discounted hotel room rate of $269 per night, which includes the resort fee (it does not include the applicable state and local taxes). Compared to the regular room rate for this time of year, this is a significant savings.
Rooms at the discounted rate are first come, first serve, and have limited availability due to the popularity of this destination. We recommend you make your hotel reservation at the same time you register for the event, so you don’t miss out on the discount! All educational events for the Forum will take place in the Gaylord Opryland meeting space.
You’ve completed your registration and reserved your room, now what?
Remember this is a (not-so) private sale for MeridianLink customers only, so keep it hush-hush. Of course, you can tell your co-workers about it. And maybe your colleagues from other financial institutions using MeridianLink products. And if you feel the need to post it on your social media, we are not going to stop you!

Now through March 1, 2024, any MeridianLink customer can self-nominate their organization by completing the online questionnaire. There is no entry fee and eligibility rules can be found on the website.
