How to Register

MeridianLink® LIVE! will take place in-person April 29 – May 2, 2024 in Nashville, TN. This year’s event features over 70 educational and networking opportunities, including inspiring and informative keynote and panel sessions, special evening events, a Vendor Showcase exhibit area, and concurrent track sessions dedicated to important industry topics and MeridianLink products.  

Follow the instructions on the form below to complete your registration. 

The registration price for MeridianLink LIVE! 2024 is $1849

  • All MeridianLink LIVE! sessions that are scheduled throughout the 3 days, including keynote and industry panels, concurrent track sessions, and networking sessions. 
  • Welcome reception on Monday evening. 
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday buffet breakfast. 
  • Tuesday and Wednesday buffet lunch. 
  • Tuesday evening Arc Award reception, presentation, and dinner. 
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday refreshment breaks. 
  • Wednesday evening private Grand Ole Opry special event with dinner. 
  • Access to Vendor Showcase exhibit hall. 
  • Guests are welcome to attend certain MeridianLink LIVE! events. 
  • A guest ticket package is available for $399, which includes access to morning keynote sessions, breakfast buffets, and all evening events.
  • Guest packages do not include access to concurrent session tracks, the Vendor Showcase exhibit hall, 1-on-1 sessions, afternoon keynotes, or lunch.   
  • Attendees must request a guest discount code after submitting a completed registration.  
  • All guests must submit an individual registration.  
  • Since alcohol will be served at evening networking events, all guests must be at least 21 years of age.  
  • Individual tickets to evening events will not be available. 
  • To request a guest discount code, send a request to events@meridianlink.com or contact your MeridianLink account executive.
  • Registration discounts are available based on when the registration form is completed and successfully submitted. Available discounts are listed on the registration form.  
  • All registrants will be billed for the Forum on their company’s monthly statement. Credit cards are NOT accepted for registration of the 2024 event.  
  • Registrants may cancel their registrations at any time until April 12, 2024, and receive a full refund. After that date, there will be no refunds.  
  • Currently, there are no event-related COVID restrictions, but we are monitoring Tennessee and CDC guidelines and will provide updates as necessary if additional information becomes available. 
  • Forum updates will be posted on the MeridianLink blog, on the Product Community Forum pages, and on the MeridianLink website at https://meridianlink.com/meridianlink-live. You may also receive emails from your MeridianLink Account Executive and in the Weekly Briefing, sent every Tuesday to all MeridianLink customers.
