How To Register

MeridianLink® LIVE! 2026 will take place in-person May 11-14, 2026,
in San Diego, CA. 

Early bird discount: Register before January 31, 2026, to save $500!  

This year’s event features various educational and networking opportunities, including inspiring and informative keynote and panel sessions, special evening events, a vendor showcase exhibit area, and concurrent track sessions dedicated to important industry topics and MeridianLink products.

New for 2026 

We are now accepting credit card payments for event registration to make the process faster and more convenient. You can select the credit card payment option, or your company can be invoiced as in prior years. If invoice is the selected payment method, your registration will be confirmed but not considered complete until payment is received.

Payment must be received prior to May 7, 2026, to ensure easy registration on-site. 

The full price for MeridianLink LIVE! 2026 registration is $1,899. Register before January 31, 2026, and save $500.  

Registration discount schedule:  

  • December 9, 2025-January 31, 2026: $500 discount off full registration fee ($1,399)  
  • February 1, 2026-February 28, 2026: $350 discount off full registration fee ($1,549)  
  • March 1, 2026-March 31, 2026: $200 discount off full registration fee ($1,699)  
  • April 1, 2026-April 20, 2026: $100 discount off full registration fee ($1,799)  
  • April 21, 2026-May 14, 2026: Full registration fee, no discount ($1,899)   

All MeridianLink LIVE! sessions that are scheduled throughout the 3 days, including keynote and industry panels, concurrent track sessions, and networking opportunities. 

  • Welcome reception on Monday evening  
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday buffet breakfast  
  • Tuesday and Wednesday buffet lunch  
  • Tuesday evening Arc Award reception, presentation, and dinner  
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday refreshment breaks  
  • Wednesday evening private special event with dinner  
  • Daily morning and afternoon refreshment breaks  
  • Access to the vendor showcase exhibit hall 

Guest tickets to MeridianLink LIVE! 2026 are available for $399.

  • A guest ticket includes access to morning keynote sessions, breakfast buffets, and all evening events.  
  • Guest packages do not include access to concurrent session tracks, the vendor showcase exhibit hall, 1-on-1 sessions, afternoon keynotes, or lunch.  
  • Each registrant can add one guest during their registration process.  
  • There are a limited number of guest registrations available. Guest packages will be available on-site only if space is still available.  
  • Since alcohol will be served at evening networking events, all guests must be at least 21 years of age.  
  • Guests must agree to follow the same required registration stipulations as all customers. 
  • Individual tickets to evening events will not be available. 
  • Guest payment will not be collected during online registration. Guest payment will be collected on-site at check-in. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Discover, American Express, Mastercard.   
  • Registration discounts are available based on when the registration form is completed and successfully submitted.   
  • Registration confirmation will be sent upon successful completion. Please make sure to use a valid business email address. This confirmation is proof of registration and includes the link to make hotel reservations. It is highly recommended that each registrant book a hotel room at the time of registering for MeridianLink LIVE! as hotel room blocks are limited.   
  • Payment for registration can be made via credit card or through invoice. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. If invoice is the selected payment method, registration will be confirmed but not considered complete until payment is received. Payment must be received prior to May 7, 2026, to ensure easy on-site registration.  
  • Registrants may cancel their registration by notifying the MeridianLink Marketing Team at [email protected] before April 20, 2026, and receive a full refund. After that date, there will be no refunds.   
  • Registrants may substitute another person from their organization by clicking on the “Modify Registration” link in your confirmation email. Log into your registration and then click “Transfer Registration” prior to May 7, 2026. With notification of acceptance, the substitute attendee agrees to the same governing policies as the original registrant.
