MeridianLink® LIVE! 2024 will be held in Nashville, TN at the famous Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. With 2,888 rooms, it is one of the 30 largest hotels in the world.

Forum keynote/general sessions, Vendor Showcase exhibits, and networking/social events will all take place at the Gaylord Opryland Resort. 

The room rate at the Gaylord Opryland for this year’s Forum is $269 per night, which includes the resort fee. It does not include applicable state fees and taxes. Compared to the regular rate for this time of year, you’ll see significant savings with the MeridianLink rate.  

The MeridianLink block of rooms at the discounted rate is limited, and early booking is strongly recommended. We recommend you make your hotel reservation at the same time you register for the event. A credit card will be required by the hotel to make the reservation. 

MeridianLink® LIVE! 2025 will be held in Orlando, Florida at the famous Universal Orlando Resort. The meeting space is connected to two incredible properties, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort.  

Keynote and general sessions, the vendor showcase exhibits, and networking and social events will all take place in the connected convention space between the two hotels. 

The MeridianLink discounted room rate at both Sapphire Falls and Royal Pacific Resort is $277 per night. This does not include applicable state fees and taxes. Compared to the regular rate for this time of year, you’ll see significant savings with the MeridianLink rate.  

The discounted block of rooms is limited. It is strongly recommended that you make your hotel reservation at the same time you register for the event. A credit card will be required by the hotel to make the reservation.

Please Note: The Loews Sapphire Falls Resort is closest to the MeridianLink LIVE! general sessions and networking evening events.

How to Book Your Hotel Room

  1. Register for 2025 MeridianLink LIVE! Complete and submit your registration using a valid company email address. Personal email addresses with a domain such as gmail.com or yahoo.com will not be accepted
  2. Retrieve your registration confirmation email. Check your inbox for a confirmation email that will include a special link to the Universal Orlando Resort MeridianLink reservation site to secure your discounted rate of $277 per night. If you make a reservation at the main Universal, Loews, or any other hotel booking site, you won’t be able to take advantage of the discounted rate.
  3. Book your stay. You’ll need a credit card to hold your reservation.

The MeridianLink discounted room block will be available until April 11, 2025, or until the room block is fully booked. Hotel rooms may be canceled with a full refund with 72 hours’ notice before check-in.

Rooms at the discounted rate are first come, first serve, and have limited availability if you plan to extend your stay pre- or post-LIVE!

Please note that all hotel guest rooms at the Universal Orlando Resort are non-smoking.
