With this in mind, each year we publish our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy so that we can better communicate, educate, and measure our progress and performance toward these ideals.

MeridianLink offers all employees eight hours of paid time off each year to volunteer with a 501(c)(3) charity of their choice. This initiative reflects our commitment to fostering community engagement and partnering with vendors who share our dedication to charitable causes. In 2023, we actively contributed to various philanthropic efforts, supporting organizations focused on aiding families in need, providing services for people with disabilities, and promoting access to education and healthcare services.
