Our world-class technologies and innovations combined with a purpose-driven culture will allow us to make the world a better and safer place to live and work for everyone. It also means that we must always operate ethically with a strong commitment to inclusion, diversity, and sustainability.

With this in mind, each year we publish our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy so that we can better communicate, educate, and measure our progress and performance toward these ideals.

We endeavor to partner with vendors that create further opportunities for charitable activity. In 2022, we focused some of our charitable giving to Project HOPE’s Ukraine Campaign to support their efforts to ship essential medicines and medical supplies to help Ukrainians. MeridianLink offers all employees eight hours of paid time off per year to volunteer with any 501(c)(3) charity of their choice.
