Grab your ticket early. Registration opens Monday, December 16, and offers an exclusive early bird registration discount of $500 off the full registration rate per registrant. But don’t wait — this special rate is only available for a limited time. The full registration price without the discount is $1,899.

On December 16, visit the MeridianLink LIVE! site, go to the registration page, and submit the form using a valid company email address. Personal email addresses with a domain such as gmail.com or yahoo.com will not be accepted.
Don’t wait! This offer is valid from December 16, 2024, through January 31, 2025. The full registration price is $1,899, but the $500 discount brings the cost to just $1,399 — the lowest rate you can secure to attend the 2025 event! This discount cannot be combined with any other LIVE! discount.

Upon successful registration, you will receive an automated confirmation at your provided email address. This confirmation will include a link to reserve your room. MeridianLink LIVE! 2025 will be held in Orlando, Florida at the famous Universal Orlando Resort. The convention space — where keynote and general sessions, the vendor showcase exhibits, and networking and social events will all take place — is connected to two incredible properties, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort.
The MeridianLink discounted room rate at both resorts is $277 per night, not including applicable state fees and taxes. You’ll enjoy incredible savings this time of year using the MeridianLink rate.
The discounted block of rooms is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly recommend you reserve your room while registering for the event. The hotel requires a credit card to make the reservation.
