MeridianLink® LIVE 2027 is coming to Orlando, FL, May 17–20, and this year, we’re charting The Path Forward. From bold ideas and emerging industry trends to practical insights, product innovation, and the partnerships that help move your business forward, LIVE27 is where we’ll explore what’s next—and how to turn what’s next into what’s possible.
If you’re already thinking about budgets, travel, and what you can expect from this year’s event, we’ve got you covered. Here are five things to know now as registration approaches.
1. Registration
Registration for LIVE27 will open early December 2026. The full badge cost is the same as last year—$1,899, and we’ll continue with the tradition of making an early registration discount available.
This fee includes all sessions, partner showcase access, meals, evening events, and networking events.
2. Hotel & Venue
All LIVE27 sessions and lodging will be at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, located right near Universal, SeaWorld, and ICON Park—and only about a 25-minute drive to Disney World. The MeridianLink discounted room rate is $299 per night, plus applicable taxes.
Since room availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, we recommend booking your accommodation right after completing your registration—a special link will be available to complete your discounted booking upon registration opening.
Please note that the hotel requires a credit card to hold your room at the time of reservation.
3. Travel
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 12 miles from the Hyatt Regency Orlando—about a 15-minute cab or rideshare each way. If you’re driving, MeridianLink has negotiated 25% off the standard daily self-parking rate, plus tax. Valet parking is available at the standard (non-discounted) rate.
4. Agenda
Connect. Get inspired. Put ideas into action. From hands-on learning and product best practices to industry insights, and bold ideas, LIVE27 is designed to help you make the most of every moment. Tracks will span inspiring keynotes, training, customer roundtables, and executive sessions focused on the trends and opportunities shaping community financial institutions. And, of course, there will be plenty of fun and recognition too, with a new spin on our awards, and networking events throughout the week—including a special grand finale.
5. Partner Showcase
The Partner Showcase exhibit hall is back. This is your chance to meet the partners powering our marketplace of hundreds of integrations, face to face. From compliance and fraud protection to ID verification, streamlined lending and account opening, and more—you’ll see firsthand how the right partners can extend what your MeridianLink platform can do.
