Larry
Katz
Larry Katz is an experienced technology and financial services executive known for guiding organizations through transformation, scaling operations, and strengthening long‑term business performance. He became President of MeridianLink in 2024 and later CEO, bringing a career shaped by leadership roles across global finance, private equity, and enterprise technology.
Before joining MeridianLink, Larry advised private equity firms as an independent consultant and senior advisor. He previously served as a partner at WestCap, led finance at StubHub, and was Chief Financial Officer at Genesys. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade in senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase after beginning his professional journey in strategic planning at The Walt Disney Company. He also served on the board of Stratim Cloud Acquisition Corp, where he chaired the audit committee.
Through these experiences, Larry built deep expertise in financial strategy, operational leadership, and organizational growth across both public and private companies.
Larry holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Elias
Olmeta
Elias Olmeta is a seasoned finance executive recognized for strengthening financial operations, driving organizational efficiency, and supporting growth across technology‑focused businesses. He joined MeridianLink as Chief Financial Officer in 2024, bringing a background shaped by leadership roles in global SaaS, advisory services, and corporate development.
Before coming to MeridianLink, Elias served as CFO of Vistage Worldwide, where he supported CEOs and business leaders through periods of expansion and organizational change. Prior to that, he led finance and operations at Mitchell International and held senior roles at Solera Holdings, guiding North American operations and global corporate development. His earlier career includes consulting and financial roles at J.P. Morgan Chase and Arthur D. Little International. He also serves on the board of AutoCanada.
Across these roles, Elias developed strong expertise in financial strategy, operational transformation, and scaling technology‑driven organizations.
He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester.

Troy
Coggiola
Troy Coggiola is a veteran enterprise software leader known for shaping growth strategies, building high‑impact product organizations, and delivering technology platforms that create durable business outcomes. He joined MeridianLink as Chief Strategy Officer in 2025, where he leads corporate strategy and long‑term growth initiatives.
Troy has previously served as Senior Vice President of Product Management at Ellie Mae, now ICE Mortgage Technology, and was Chief Product Officer at Accela. His career spans nearly three decades of developing and scaling enterprise software across fintech and govtech, with a focus on customer‑centric innovation and platform modernization.
Through this work, Troy built deep expertise in product strategy, platform development, and guiding organizations through periods of accelerated growth.
He holds an MBA in Technology Management and an MS in Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
Denise
Cox
Denise Cox is a customer experience executive recognized for elevating post‑sale operations, strengthening service delivery, and driving long‑term customer success for global technology companies. She joined MeridianLink as Chief Customer Officer in 2025, where she leads Services, Support, and Customer Success teams.
Previously, Denise served as Chief Customer Officer at Olo, where she expanded professional services, improved onboarding, and supported broad product adoption. She previously held senior leadership roles at Omnicell, Cisco, and NetApp, guiding global support and services organizations through modernization and scale.
Across her career, Denise developed strong expertise in customer engagement, operational excellence, and building service organizations that deliver measurable outcomes.
She holds an MS in Information Systems from Pace University and a BA in Communication from the State University of New York at Albany.
Adam
Gray
Adam Gray is a seasoned fintech and payments executive recognized for his ability to scale organizations, optimize operations, and lead complex corporate transitions, with more than 20 M&A integrations across the financial technology sector.
Before coming to MeridianLink, he was Chief Transformation Officer at Stax Payments, where he pioneered practical “AI-first” frameworks that strengthened support operations during rapid scale. Prior to that, Gray was a key senior leader instrumental in building and launching the platform known today as Abrigo, consolidating established fintech brands— including Sageworks, Banker’s Toolbox, and MST—pairing these legacy integrations with new, proprietary technology builds.
Through these initiatives, he developed deep expertise in providing unified compliance, credit, and lending solutions to community financial institutions, helping local banks and credit unions navigate rapid growth while maintaining a steadfast focus on client success.
Based in Austin, Texas, Gray is an alumnus of the University of Georgia.

Kolar
Alex Kolar is an accomplished legal executive known for advising high‑growth technology companies, navigating complex regulatory environments, and guiding organizations through major corporate transitions. He joined MeridianLink as General Counsel in 2026, bringing extensive experience across enterprise software, clean technology, and global legal operations.
Before joining the MeridianLink team, Alex served as General Counsel at Picarro, supporting the company’s expansion in the clean‑tech sector. Prior to that, he was General Counsel of Cloud Software Group, formed through the combination of Citrix and TIBCO. He spent more than a decade in senior legal leadership roles at TIBCO, supporting the company through significant phases of growth as both a public and private organization. Earlier in his career, he practiced at Wilson Sonsini and clerked for the Supreme Court of Illinois.
Through these roles, Alex developed deep expertise in corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and advising technology companies through rapid evolution.
He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana‑Champaign and a JD from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
Raj
Patel
Raj Patel is a technology executive recognized for scaling global engineering organizations, modernizing enterprise platforms, and advancing AI‑driven innovation across both SaaS and consumer technology. He joined MeridianLink as Chief Technology Officer in 2025, where he leads the company’s technology strategy and product modernization efforts.
Prior to joining MeridianLink, Raj held senior technology leadership roles at Permira, Genesys, Symantec, Pinterest, Salesforce, Cisco/Webex, and Yahoo. His career reflects decades of experience transforming large‑scale platforms, strengthening engineering operations, and delivering technology that helps financial institutions grow and serve their communities.
Through this work, Raj developed deep expertise in platform architecture, AI‑powered innovation, and building engineering organizations that support long‑term product evolution.
He holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Southern California, a BS in Electrical Engineering with Honors from California State University Northridge, and completed the Director’s Consortium program at Stanford University.

Rieveley
Elizabeth Rieveley is an entrusted leader known for building people strategies that support organizational growth, strengthen culture, and connect teams across complex, multi‑location environments. She joined MeridianLink as Chief People Officer in 2022, bringing experience across technology, manufacturing, biotechnology, and financial services.
Before coming to MeridianLink, Elizabeth served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at SMS Assist. Her career spans more than fifteen years of developing talent strategies, supporting organizational transformation, and creating collaborative environments for both in‑person and remote teams.
Through these experiences, she built strong expertise in workforce development, organizational design, and aligning people programs with long‑term business goals.
She holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the University of Tampa.
John
Wiseman
John is an industry veteran with 30+ years in the trading and financial technology fields, with a focus on commercial and go-to-market strategy. He has held executive positions at Addepar, RCA (acquired by MSCI), FactSet, Instinet, and Bear Stearns.
Prior to joining MeridianLink, John served as CRO at Addepar, RCA, and FactSet, overseeing sales, account management, client success, implementations, product specialists, and marketing. He has operated at scale within large public companies and driven rapid growth at private firms, leading global expansion by bringing operational discipline to every part of the GTM organization.
John has advised various US fintech startups and was a longtime board member and advisor to SCRIPTS Asia Inc., which was sold to the Japan Exchange Group (JPX) in late 2022. He holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Edinburgh and a B.A. in Political Science (African Studies) from Duke University.
Erica
Bigley
Erica Bigley is a marketing and communications executive recognized for shaping corporate reputation, strengthening brand strategy, and advising leadership teams through periods of organizational change. She joined MeridianLink as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications in 2025, where she leads integrated marketing, brand, communications, creative services, events, and executive messaging.
Before coming to MeridianLink, Erica served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Achieve, guiding executive and employee communications, public relations, government relations, and creative strategy during significant brand transformation. She previously held leadership roles at Ellie Mae, Accela, Visa, and Mastercard, where she developed communications and brand programs for global technology and financial companies.
Across her career, Erica built deep expertise in corporate storytelling, reputation management, and strategic communications that support long‑term business growth.
She holds a BS in Education and a BA in English from Bucknell University and lives in Northern California.

Scheig
Richard Scheig is a technology sales leader known for scaling high‑performing teams, strengthening commercial operations, and driving revenue growth across SaaS organizations. He previously served as MeridianLink’s Chief Revenue Officer before transitioning into a strategic advisor role, where he supports long‑term commercial planning and sales strategy.
Before coming to MeridianLink, Richard was Chief Revenue Officer at Upland Software. His career spans more than twenty years in senior sales leadership roles, where he built and led world‑class sales organizations for both public and private technology companies.
Through these roles, Richard developed deep expertise in go‑to‑market strategy, enterprise sales leadership, and building commercial engines that support sustainable growth.
He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University.

Murphy
David Murphy, Chairman of the Board, has over 35 years of operating experience and company leadership driving market adoption, disruptive growth and value creation – at scale. Over his career as an operating executive, he was instrumental in building Conga, Qlik, Blue Coat, Mercury Interactive and Tivoli Systems into market leaders. Murphy has spent the last decade leading private equity companies, often as Executive Chairman, and served as Senior Operating Partner at Thoma Bravo.

Jared Hendricks
Jared Hendricks is a Senior Managing Director, Head of Technology investing at Centerbridge, which he joined in 2006. Prior to joining Centerbridge, he was an Associate at Silver Lake Partners, a private equity firm specializing in technology and growth-oriented companies operating at scale. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrial and Services Group at Credit Suisse First Boston. Hendricks also serves on the boards of Acoustic, CSI, Netwrix, Precisely, and Speedcast.
Hendricks holds a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jaffe
Ben Jaffe is Managing Director at Centerbridge. He joined Centerbridge in 2013 and currently focuses on investments in the Technology sector. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Jaffe was an Analyst at the The Blackstone Group L.P.
Jaffe serves on the Board of Directors of CSI and Speedcast. Ben holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard.
Jonathan
Corr
Jonathan Corr, who retired as President and CEO of Ellie Mae (now ICE Mortgage Technology) in November 2020, has more than 35 years of experience in executive leadership, corporate strategy and acquisitions. During his 18-year tenure at Ellie Mae, including roles spanning COO, Chief Strategy Officer and senior product leadership, he helped grow the company through organic growth and acquisitions. He led the company’s privatization with Thoma Bravo in 2019 and subsequently oversaw its sale to Intercontinental Exchange in 2020. In early 2022, Corr founded Omniscient Owl Productions LLC to pursue commercial theatrical production, and he currently serves as an investor, board member and advisor to private technology companies.
Chuck
Fagan III
Charles E. (“Chuck”) Fagan III is President and Chief Executive Officer of Velera, the nation’s premier credit union service organization (CUSO) and an integrated fintech solutions provider. Prior to the combination of PSCU and Co-op Solutions which formed Velera in January 2024, he served as President and CEO of PSCU, where he drove significant revenue growth and major technology investments, including the launch of Lumin Digital. With more than 30 years in the credit union industry, Fagan also previously served as President and CEO of the Credit Union Executives Society (CUES) and held earlier positions at Electronic Data Systems and Virginia Credit Union. A recognized industry advocate and frequent speaker, he serves as chairman of the board for Lumin Digital, a member of the board of directors for Kinective, and co-chair of the FinTech Limited Partner Advisory Board for Black Dragon Capital. In March 2026, Fagan announced his planned retirement from Velera at the conclusion of the company’s current fiscal year on September 30, 2026.

MacLean
Todd MacLean is a Co-Founder of Silversmith Capital Partners, which he launched in 2015 to build long-term partnerships with exceptional entrepreneurs across the SaaS and information services sectors. He is guided by a thematic belief in the power of data as a defining competitive moat of the 21st century and in cloud-based models that democratize access to technology and create new markets. MacLean began his growth equity career more than 25 years ago, with experience spanning Summit Partners, Accel Partners, and Bain Capital.
