Meet Our Executive Management Team
Larry Katz
Larry Katz has served as President of MeridianLink since August 2024 and CEO since October 2025. Prior to that, Mr. Katz served as the Company’s chief financial officer from April to August 2024. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Katz served as an independent consultant and senior advisor to various private equity firms since April 2023. Prior to that, Mr. Katz served as a partner at WestCap, a strategic operating and investing firm, from October 2021 to March 2023. From June 2020 to September 2021, Mr. Katz acted as chief financial officer at StubHub, a secondary marketplace for live event ticketing, and, from March to June 2020, acted as its treasurer. Mr. Katz served as chief financial officer of Genesys, a global cloud leader in AI-powered experience orchestration, from December 2016 to October 2019. Before joining Genesys, Mr. Katz held various executive leadership positions spanning across diverse business units and functions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2001 and began his career at The Walt Disney Company in its Strategic Planning group. Mr. Katz previously served on the board of directors and as chair of the audit committee for Stratim Cloud Acquisition Corp. from March 2021 to May 2022.
Mr. Katz holds a B.A. in political science from Yale University and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
Elias Olmeta
Elias Olmeta has served as Chief Financial Officer of MeridianLink since August 2024. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Olmeta served as chief financial officer of Vistage Worldwide, a CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize businesses, from August 2019 to January 2023. From March 2015 to August 2019, Mr. Olmeta served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Mitchell International, a technology and information provider for the property and casualty claims and collision repair industries. Before joining Mitchell, Mr. Olmeta served as an executive consultant at Carproof, preceded by chief financial and operating officer of North America and senior vice president, global head of corporate development positions at Solera Holdings. Earlier career experiences include positions at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and Arthur D. Little International. Mr. Olmeta is currently a director of AutoCanada (TSE: ACQ).
Mr. Olmeta holds a B.A. in economics and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Rochester.
Troy Coggiola
Troy Coggiola has served as Chief Strategy Officer since 2025 leading MeridianLink growth strategies, including build, buy and partner initiatives. Before joining MeridianLink Mr. Coggiola served as Senior Vice President of Product Management for Ellie Mae (now ICE Mortgage Technology) and was Chief Product Officer at Accela. He has nearly three decades of experience building enterprise software platforms that deliver durable business outcomes and delightful customer experiences across fintech and govtech industries.
Mr. Coggiola holds a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
Denise Cox
Denise Cox has served as Chief Customer Officer since 2025, leading MeridianLink Services, Support and Customer Success teams. Before joining MeridianLink, Ms. Cox served as Chief Customer Officer at Olo, a leading SaaS restaurant technology platform, where she introduced new professional services offerings, enhanced customer onboarding, and helped drive broad product adoption. She also held senior executive roles at Omnicell, Cisco and NetApp, where she led global post-sale services and support functions.
Ms. Cox holds an M.S. in Information Systems from Pace University and a B.A. in Communication from the State University of New York at Albany.
Kayla Dailey
Kayla Dailey has served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel since 2025 with management of Legal, People & Places, and Branding & Communications teams. She served as General Counsel of MeridianLink, Inc. since 2020 and previously held the role of Senior Corporate Counsel, also at MeridianLink. Before joining MeridianLink, she served as Senior Corporate Attorney & Compliance Officer at CRIF Corporation where she consulted regularly with executive management on the legal impact of business strategies and product development in addition to management of all legal activities for the Americas. Prior to that, she served as Special Projects Analyst at Avista Solutions, Inc., an enterprise software and services company serving the financial services industry.
Ms. Dailey holds a Bachelor of Science in both Corporate Finance and Accounting from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Devesh Khare
Devesh Khare has served as Chief Product Officer of MeridianLink, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, he held the role of Vice President of Product Management, also at MeridianLink. Since joining MeridianLink, Mr. Khare has led portfolio and market expansions both organically and through multiple acquisitions and has been integral in the launch and success of MeridianLink One. Over his 16-year product management career, he has worked in product strategy and portfolio expansion across several industries, including fintech, health IT, and mobile commerce.
Mr. Khare holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
Raj Patel
Raj Patel joined MeridianLink in 2025 as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Patel is a highly accomplished technology leader with decades of experience scaling, transforming, and innovating global technology platforms in enterprise SaaS and tier-one consumer companies. As CTO, he will accelerate MeridianLink’s customer centric innovation, advancing AI-driven solutions and marketplace integrations that power credit unions and banks to grow, scale, and serve their communities. His career also includes senior technology roles at Permira, Genesys, Symantec, Pinterest, Salesforce, Cisco/Webex, and Yahoo.
Mr. Patel holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Southern California, a BS in Electrical Engineering with Honors from California State University Northridge, and completed the Director’s Consortium program at Stanford University.
Elizabeth Rieveley
Elizabeth Rieveley has served as Chief People Officer of MeridianLink, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President of Human Resources at SMS Assist. Ms. Rieveley brings more than 15 years of experience building human capital strategies to support and grow businesses across a variety of industries, including technology, manufacturing, biotechnology, and financial services. She is skilled at creating collaborative environments for in-person and remote teams while connecting individual divisions within larger companies under a united umbrella.
Ms. Rieveley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa.
Richard Scheig
Richard Scheig has served as Chief Revenue Officer of MeridianLink, Inc. since October 2024. Prior to that, he held the role of Chief Sales Officer, also at MeridianLink. Before joining MeridianLink, Mr. Scheig was Chief Revenue Officer at Upland Software. Mr. Scheig’s career spans more than 20 years in various sales leadership roles. He has successfully built, scaled, and led world-class technology sales teams within the SaaS sector at both public and private companies.
Mr. Scheig holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University.
