According to our post-Forum surveys, networking ranks equal to education opportunities at our annual customer event. So, we are putting extra effort into making this year’s offerings as special as possible.

Hoooooooooowdy! Customer Welcome Reception
4:30pm—7pm (included with registration)
We are so glad to welcome you to Nashville. Get settled in your room and then come join us for the forum’s kickoff event. There will be food and beverages available as you meet new colleagues and re-engage with acquaintances in a very casual atmosphere. This is a wonderful place to arrange a meet-and-greet with your account executive and key MeridianLink staff—and you might meet some special guests as well! This event takes place in the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.
Monday Nightcap With Trivia
9pm—10pm (included with registration)
For those of you who like to stay up a little longer and mingle, our Nightcap event offers the opportunity to enjoy your favorite libation with Forum friends, new and old. Tonight’s Nightcap event will be a trivia night where you can put all your knowledge to clever use across an array of topics to win prizes! This is an attendee favorite that started during our virtual Forum events. This event takes place in the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.

The MeridianLink ARC Award celebrates the achievements of and celebrates customers who have leveraged our solutions in creative ways to solve business challenges, fuel growth, and assist their clients and communities. The event kicks off with a reception where you can unwind after a full day of educational sessions, followed by the presentation of the 2024 MeridianLink ARC Awards to up to ten customer recipients. During the presentation, those who have passed MeridianLink® Consumer and/or MeridianLink® Opening Certifications will also be recognized.
The event ends with a special dinner for all Forum attendees to help congratulate the winners and give all attendees more networking time. Following dinner, entertainment kicks off and leads into the Tuesday Nightcap. This event takes place in the Gaylord Opryland Resort.
Tuesday Nightcap With Special Entertainment

Another networking opportunity for the night owls! This after-hours event is a continuation of the MeridianLink ARC Award Dinner and is a fantastic way to close out the first full day of the forum.

Special Forum Event—Night at the Opry: MeridianLink Private Concert

Grand Ole Opry Private Show for MeridianLink
8pm—9:30pm
(This event is included in your registration. There will not be individual tickets available for purchase to attend this event.)
We very well couldn’t hold MeridianLink LIVE! 2024 next door to the legendary Grand Ole Opry House, home of country music, and not go inside! MeridianLink has negotiated a special private concert for a last-night event that everyone should remember, regardless of your age or taste in music.
After dinner, all MeridianLink LIVE! attendees with be treated to a special concert performance in the Grand Ole Opry Hall featuring artists including Chris Janson, Lauren Alaina, Craig Morgan, Sister Sadie, and more.
There will be a couple of contests throughout the evening—enter and take part for the chance to win prizes. Make sure you bring your phone so you can take pictures!
