Orlando Networking and Nighttime Events
According to our post-LIVE! surveys, networking ranks equal to education opportunities at our annual customer event. So, we always put some extra effort into making each year’s offerings as special as possible.

Monday, May 5, 2025
Customer Welcome Reception
4:30 p.m. — 7 p.m. (included with registration)
We are so glad to welcome you to Orlando and to the Universal Orlando Resort. Get settled in your room, and then come join us for the event’s kickoff networking event. There will be food and beverages available as you meet new colleagues and re-engage with acquaintances in a very casual atmosphere. This is a wonderful place to arrange a meet-and-greet with your account executive and key MeridianLink staff.
Monday Nightcap With Trivia
9 p.m. — 10 p.m. (included with registration)
For those of you who like to stay up a little longer and mingle, our nightcap events offer the opportunity to enjoy your favorite libation with MeridianLink friends, new and old. Tonight’s nightcap event will be a trivia night where you can put all your knowledge to clever use across an array of topics to win prizes! This is an attendee favorite that started during our virtual events.

MeridianLink Arc Award Event
5:30 p.m. — 8:30 p.m. (included with registration)
The MeridianLink Arc Award celebrates the achievements of those customers who have leveraged our solutions in creative ways to solve business challenges, fuel growth, and assist their consumers and communities. MeridianLink Arc Award Reception
5:30 p.m. — 6:30 p.m.
The event kicks off with a reception where you can unwind after a full day of educational sessions, followed by the presentation of the 2025 MeridianLink Arc Awards to up to ten customer recipients.
MeridianLink Arc Award Ceremony
6:30 p.m. — 7 p.m.
During the presentation, we will recognize the individuals who have earned their MeridianLink® Consumer and/or MeridianLink® Opening Certifications, along with the MeridianLink integration partners who won the inaugural Customer Choice Award.
MeridianLink Arc Award Dinner
7 p.m. — 8:30 p.m.
The event ends with a special dinner for all LIVE! attendees to help congratulate the winners and give all attendees more networking time. Following dinner, entertainment kicks off and leads into the Tuesday nightcap.
Tuesday Nightcap With Special Entertainment
8:30 p.m. — 10 p.m. (included with registration)
Another networking opportunity to keep the party going! This after-hours event is a continuation of the MeridianLink Arc Award dinner with live entertainment and is a fantastic way to close out the first full day of MeridianLink LIVE!
Private Customer Special Event
6 p.m. — 11 p.m.
(This event is included in your registration and guest registration. Tickets will be required for entry. There will not be single tickets sold for this event.)
Get ready for one of the biggest private parties MeridianLink has ever thrown because we’ve reserved select areas within Universal Islands of Adventure theme park just for registrants of MeridianLink® LIVE! and TazWorks™ LIVE! featuring themed lands and cutting-edge rides, Islands of Adventure promises excitement around every bend. This is where it goes down. And up. And down again. Magical creatures. A school of witchcraft and wizardry. Even dinosaurs (turns out, not so extinct). Take a ride, multiple rides. Some will make your head spin (figuratively speaking). Some will just mess up your hair. All of them will say: Every island is a new reality. It’s a universe of action and excitement—and it’s all yours.
And the evening’s activities start with a dinner in the Universal Studios Florida Soundstages before heading into the park. While in the park dessert and drinks will be available for all attendees.
