We’ll be looking for entries that highlight how your solution has seamlessly integrated into the MeridianLink® One platform, enhanced the end-user experience, and delivered measurable improvements—whether that’s increased loans processed, more accounts opened, reduced fraud cases, or more. Bonus points for submissions that include ‘before and after’ metrics.

About the Customer Choice Award

Last year at LIVE! we introduced the Customer Choice Award, a brand-new opportunity to recognize the exceptional contributions of our Marketplace partners! Now in its second year, this award continues to celebrate the innovation, collaboration, and measurable success our third-party vendors have brought to our customers. It’s your chance to shine and show how your partnership has revolutionized fraud protection, boosted account opening and deposit growth, streamlined loan origination processes, and more!

Nomination FAQs

  1. Complete the 2026 MeridianLink Customer Choice Questionnaire included on this page. One customer success story with quantitative results and support metrics is required. Word limits apply.

  2. Submit the form by 5 p.m. PT Friday, February 27, 2026. 
  • Open to ALL current MeridianLink® Marketplace partners
  • Nominations should feature results that occurred between January 2025 – January 2026 
  • Nominations must be based on how your solution, integrated with MeridianLink, has driven customer success 
  • Entry deadline is 5 p.m. PT February 27, 2026. There is no entry fee.
  • Partners may submit up to two entries, each highlighting a unique solution and its results.

Each submission for the MeridianLink Customer Choice Award is thoroughly reviewed by a senior management panel. The submissions are evaluated based on the following key criteria:

  • Integration Innovation: How seamlessly the partner solution is integrated into the MeridianLink® One platform and how much value it adds.
  • Consumer Experience Enhancement: How the partnership has improved the end-user experience through a MeridianLink solution. 
  • Customer Success Story: A joint success story that demonstrates measurable improvement in outcomes, such as enhanced experience, increased loans processed, or more accounts opened. Preference will be given to entries that provide ‘before and after’ metrics. 

The top five submissions with the highest scores, based on these criteria, will advance to the next stage. These five nominations will then be shared with the entire MeridianLink customer base, who will rank their top three choices. The top two nominees with the highest customer votes will receive the award at the MeridianLink Award Ceremony.

The Customer Choice Awards will be presented during MeridianLink LIVE! 2026, which will be held from May 11 – May 14 at Marriot Marquis Marina Hotel, San Diego, CA. The winners will receive their awards during the award ceremony on Tuesday, May 12. Following the ceremony, recipients will be guests of honor at the MeridianLink Award Dinner.

  • The opportunity to participate in an article highlighting the winning entry.
