Pack your bags—we’re heading to the Country Music Capital of the World for the MeridianLink® LIVE! 2024!
Since MeridianLink’s humble beginnings 25 years ago, we’ve grown to serve financial institutions nationwide, so it’s only fitting that our event reflects that growth and expands beyond our home base in California. That’s why we’re taking the show on the road and hosting this year’s event from April 29 to May 2, 2024, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Come for networking opportunities and industry insights and stay for the lush botanical gardens and live music at the nearby Grand Ole Opry! (And some Nashville hot chicken, of course.)
Spots are limited, and if last year’s 1,100+ attendees are any indication, we expect 2024 to be our largest MeridianLink Live! event yet, so keep an eye out for an announcement once registration opens—you won’t want to miss out on this year’s festivities.

What’s the Cost?
The full registration rate is $1,849 per person. However, early registrants can enjoy discounts of up to $500. The registration fee includes access to all keynote and concurrent sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, as well as three buffet breakfasts and two buffet lunches. Evening receptions, daily refreshments, and special evening events are also included in the price.
There will be a discounted hotel rate of $269 per night, plus applicable taxes, at Gaylord Opryland. This is a significant reduction from average published room rates, and MeridianLink has already negotiated the resort fee to be included in this discounted rate, further maximizing your savings. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to reserve your room(s) as soon as you register for MeridianLink Live! 2024.
Note: Gaylord Opryland will also have a limited selection of rooms available at this discounted rate for the three days leading up to and three days following the event.
What To Expect
The three-day program includes networking and reception events; keynote speakers; breakout sessions on topics from MeridianLink products to industry insights; a Vendor Showcase exhibit area featuring MeridianLink integration partners; the MeridianLink Arc Awards presentation; and a very special Wednesday evening event exclusively for registered attendees.
Travel
We chose Nashville for its relatively central location—roughly 12 million people live within 2.5 hours of the city and three major interstate highways run through the area. Our hope is that this presents a more drivable option for those who would prefer not to fly. A discounted daily parking rate will be available. For those flying, Nashville International Airport (BNA) is roughly nine miles from Gaylord Opryland.
