Save the Date: MeridianLink LIVE! 2026 Is May 11 – May 14

Picture it: You’re at the San Diego Marina taking in the sunset views and the cool breeze after a full day of gripping presentations, product demos, roundtable discussions, and networking with peers and industry leadership. The Arc Awards were just announced, and your institution was a winner. You spot a sea lion sunbathing in the distance. Life is good. 

Sound nice? We agree! That’s why we’re hosting MeridianLink® LIVE! 2026 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, May 11-14, 2026. Join us for our annual event packed with thought-provoking executive sessions, industry insights, MeridianLink product best practices and training, customer-focused roundtables, and plenty of networking and celebrations of your success. 

In this blog, we’ll cover the top six things you need to know as the registration opening date approaches and you begin planning your budget. 

1. Registration  

Registration for LIVE! will open in December 2025 and the full cost to register is $1899, if you wait. The good news? The registration fee will remain the same as it was in 2025. 

The great news? You can save $500 on the full cost of registration if you sign up between December 2025 and January 31, 2026. That takes the cost of attendance from $1899 to just $1399! 

This fee includes all sessions, vendor showcase access, meals, evening events, and networking events. 

2. Hotel & Venue  

All sessions and events will be held at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. The MeridianLink discounted room rate is $325 per night, plus applicable taxes. Since room availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, we recommend booking your accommodation right after completing your registration—a special link will be available to complete your discounted booking upon registration opening. 

Please note that the hotel requires a credit card to hold your room at the time of reservation.

3. Travel  

The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the San Diego International Airport (SAN). If driving to the hotel, MeridianLink has negotiated discounted daily self-parking at $45 per day plus tax. Valet parking is $65 per day plus tax.  

4. Networking & Entertainment  

We’ll share more details as the date of the event approaches, but here’s a sneak peek at a few things to get excited about: 

  • Monday Evening Welcome Reception: Kick off the week to come alongside fellow MeridianLink customers, staff, and vendor partners. 
  • Networking Nightcap and Trivia Extravaganza: This (relatively) late-night fan favorite is back again. After the Monday Welcome Reception, we’ll be putting our random facts to good use over a few rounds of trivia—and beverages! 
  • Tuesday Evening Arc Awards: The Arc Awards reception, dinner, and nightcap will celebrate the collaboration between MeridianLink and our customers, honoring the innovative ways they’ve empowered consumers and advanced financial innovation with our products. And this year, we have even more awards and more reasons to celebrate! 
  • Wednesday Evening Special Event: We won’t reveal this one until closer to MeridianLink LIVE!, so stay tuned for the big announcement. Last year we spent the evening at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™—Hogsmeade™, to give you an idea of how we like do things for our special event! 

5. Arc Awards  

Self-nominations for the 2026 MeridianLink Arc Awards will open later this month, so stay tuned for the link to submit yours! Last year, over seventy MeridianLink customers submitted their success stories for consideration, and we can’t wait to see the inspirational stories to come this year. Who knows? Maybe you’ll be one of this year’s ten winners. 

6. Customer Choice Awards 

The Customer Choice Awards are back for their second year! Any MeridianLink® Marketplace vendor that meets the outlined criteria can apply. Following the nomination period, a special MeridianLink committee will select on the top five submissions to be voted on by all MeridianLink customers. The top two will receive the award at the MeridianLink LIVE! event.
