If you were one of the nearly 1,200 attendees of MeridianLink® LIVE! 2024 held in Nashville, TN, earlier this year, you may remember multiple reminders to mark May 5 – 8, 2025, on your calendars for MeridianLink LIVE! 2025.
Mark those dates if you haven’t already, because we’re heading to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida, for next year’s event! In fact, our team is already underway implementing your feedback and suggestions to create an agenda jam-packed with educational sessions and networking opportunities that you won’t want to miss.
Since many of you have already reached out regarding attendance costs, here are five key items to know for your organization’s budgeting purposes:
1. The full registration fee for MeridianLink LIVE! 2025 is $1,899 per person if you wait until the last minute to register.
This fee includes:
- All Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday keynote and concurrent sessions.
- Access to the Vendor Showcase exhibit hall where vendor partners will be available to answer your questions about their products and services.
- A smorgasbord of food including daily buffet breakfasts; Tuesday and Wednesday buffet lunch; Monday evening welcome reception; Tuesday Arc Award dinner; and Wednesday night dinner, plus refreshment breaks throughout the event.
- Tuesday night’s Arc Award presentation and a special Wednesday night event that might involve wands, spells, and raptors to cap off the festivities. (More details to come, so stay tuned — we had to include a few surprises!)
- Nightcap networking events for those looking to keep the fun going a bit longer!
2. There will be early bird discounts offering savings of up to $500 depending on the date you register.

3. All sessions and meetings will take place in the Loews Meeting Complex at Universal Orlando Resort.
The two hotels housing all attendees — Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort — have direct access to the meeting complex. The MeridianLink discounted hotel room rate is the same for both hotels: $277 per night for a king or double room, plus applicable taxes. The room block is on a first-come, first-served basis, so plan to make your hotel reservations immediately or soon after registering for the event.
4. Air travel to and from Universal Orlando Resort is via Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Over 35 airlines currently serve MCO, including all major U.S. carriers. It is approximately 15 miles or a 20–25-minute drive from MCO to the Universal complex. Taxi and ride-share services are available at the airport for your convenience. Currently, the average price for a ride-share one-way trip ranges between $30 and $40; however, demand can alter that price.
If driving to MeridianLink LIVE! 2025, attendees can park at the Loews complex at a discounted rate. Self-parking outside of official event dates is $15 per day plus tax. Valet parking is available, as well, for $23 per day plus tax.
