Wow! What an incredible time we had at MeridianLink® LIVE! 2024. Thank you to all the customers, partners, and colleagues who came out and helped make this year’s Nashville event one to remember.

We eased into the week with a special welcome reception for guests at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, followed by nightcap trivia for an extra chance to mingle with fellow attendees. Following the day of arrivals and greetings, we officially commenced MeridianLink LIVE! 2024 with remarks from our very own CEO Nicolaas Vlok and President of Go-To-Market Chris Maloof, who shared inspiring insights on how people, data, and technology combine to drive digital progression.

Throughout the event, we heard from a variety of inspiring speakers and industry experts: HousingWire Lead Analyst Logan Mohtashami took us through current U.S. economic trends and thoughts on the housing market, Federal Reserve, and other pressing questions on Americans’ minds; KO Insights Founder and author Kate O’Neill shared words of wisdom on making human-centric decisions in the face of rapidly advancing technology; McKinsey & Company Partner Larry Lerner and MeridianLink’s Senior Vice President of Product Development Ian Goldsmith spoke about AI and the future of banking; and tech futurist and global media commentator Jamie Metzl took us on a deep dive into AI’s rapid growth, its implications for the future, and how we can best navigate the changes it fosters.

Bringing together better technology, data, and people to help financial institutions be more successful and make a bigger impact on their members and customers was a common theme throughout MeridianLink LIVE! This message deeply connected with attendees who are navigating their own paths to attract and retain consumers through personalized digital experiences.

Our team and partners—who spent the week at our Vendor Showcase sharing how they can help financial institutions create streamlined experiences catered to a range of organizational needs—spoke with many attendees about their goals and questions related to meeting the digital moment in their operations.

Our breakout sessions continued these conversations about digital progression and the growing pains, triumphs, and uncertainties that come with such a broad and necessary topic. In Reaching Consumers in the New Digital Paradigm, the MeridianLink® Access and Portal teams covered the benefits of adopting advanced, configurable technologies in improving consumer experiences and optimizing workflows; The Power of Data and Analytics in Decision Making, featuring Equifax, helped attendees learn how to unlock strategic insights from their data, enhance decision-making, and see how their institution stacks up against competitors and peers with advanced data and analytics tools.

Back for its second year, the MeridianLink Arc Award ceremony made its return to recognize and celebrate the achievements of our customers. We proudly presented 10 institutions with this award, selected from over 50 applicants who showcased innovative uses of our solutions to overcome business challenges, drive growth, and support their clients and communities. The impact of these success stories continues to inspire us, and we’re thrilled to witness the tangible difference our customers are making, not only with their members and customers but also within their communities. And then, of course, there were the special events. After a day of info-packed sessions, our networking and special events were the perfect opportunities to connect with fellow attendees and unwind.

Our attendees had a blast showing off their smarts at a couple of nightcap trivia events complete with fun prizes. And, following the final full day of MeridianLink LIVE!, we all enjoyed a private concert at the nearby Grand Ole Opry, where everybody brought out the cowboy boots for an evening of live music and comedy from artists including Chris Janson, Lauren Alaina, Craig Morgan, Sister Sadie, and Henry Cho.

From all of us at MeridianLink, thank you for another incredible forum—we may have hosted the event, but it’s all of you who continue to bring it to life. Until 2025!
