And the winners of the 2025 MeridianLink Arc Award are…
- Bangor Savings Bank set out to improve efficiency, shorten processing times, and elevate loan experiences both online and in-branch. Their dedication to operational excellence and ongoing innovation earned them well-deserved recognition.
- Empower Federal Credit Union enhanced their member experience with MeridianLink® One, cutting application-to-approval times by 64%. Over 12 months, instant decisioning rose from 23% to 45%, and instant approvals jumped from 36% to 65%. These gains cemented their position as a leader in speed and accessibility.
- Greater Iowa Credit Union transformed lending with MeridianLink® DecisionLender® and Admin Pro, achieving a 250% increase in auto-decision rates. Their focus on efficiency and data-driven decisions significantly improved processing speed and accuracy. And their innovative lending program for university employees highlights their commitment to financial literacy and community impact.
- Keesler Federal Credit Union modernized their digital capabilities on an ambitious timeline. As a result, they were able to reduce onboarding to under five minutes. Their SwiftStart project significantly increased new membership requests and approval rates, demonstrating their success in enhancing operational efficiency and member experience. Keesler Federal’s commitment to financial literacy and community outreach further underscores their achievement.
- Intrepid Credit Union, already a MeridianLink® Consumer user, maximized the benefits of MeridianLink One by transitioning to 90% paper-free with MeridianLink® Mortgage. This cut file processing times by 3-5 days. The Mortgage Access POS system helps quickly reject documents and re-request them from the member, eliminating the need for emails or calls. This was a positive shift since manual data entry in their previous system often led to the loss of valuable time and information.
- Community Choice Credit Union of Iowa‘s innovative approach to member engagement has set them apart in the industry. They have maintained their high-touch relationship building while using automation to enhance efficiency. Their Money Mammals Kids Club initiative has driven a 5,000% year-over-year increase in new youth accounts, showcasing their commitment to financial literacy.
- GECU’s focus on enhancing member and dealer experiences has driven efficiency gains and faster response times. They achieved an 80% automated decisioning rate and improved communication with borrowers through automated emails and SMS. Real-time updates and a refined funding process reduce delays and provide a smoother experience.
- Financial Center First Credit Union brought first mortgages in-house, processing over $10 million in applications within the first 60 days. But, they didn’t stop there. To amplify efficiency across their MeridianLink Consumer LOS, they also leveraged MeridianLink Insight. This increased system decisions from 17% to over 40%, drastically improving efficiency.
- Vermont Federal Credit Union said their use of the MeridianLink One platform has revolutionized the way they promote financial literacy and engage with their community.
