Registration Pricing and How To Register

  1. The regular price for MeridianLink User Forum 2023 registration is $1,799. Please note that MeridianLink also offers monthly promotional rates. 
  2. For the month of January, enter promo code MAGIC_EB-500 into the promo code field and click Apply to receive $500 off the regular price!
  3. Click Pay via Invoice and follow the instructions on the form to complete your registration.

MeridianLink LIVE! will take place in-person May 8–11, 2023 in Anaheim, California. This year's event features over 70 educational and networking opportunities including inspiring and informative keynote and panel sessions, special evening events, a Vendor Showcase exhibit area, and concurrent track sessions dedicated to key MeridianLink products. 

Registration Includes: 

  • All MeridianLink Forum sessions over 3.5 days including keynotes and industry panels, concurrent track sessions, and networking sessions 
  • Welcome Reception on Monday evening 
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday buffet breakfast 
  • Tuesday and Wednesday buffet lunch 
  • Tuesday evening special event with dinner
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday refreshment breaks 
  • Wednesday evening special event with dinner 
  • Access to Vendor Showcase exhibit hall 

Guests Registration: 

  • Guests are welcome to attend certain User Forum events.
  • A User Forum ticket package is available for $399, which includes morning keynotes, breakfast buffets, and evening events. 
  • Attendees may request a guest discount code after submitting a completed registration.  
  • All guests must submit an individual registration.  
  • Because alcohol will be served at evening networking events, all guests must be at least 21 years of age.  
  • To request a guest discount code, send a request to or contact your account executive. 

Key Registration Info 

  • Registration discounts are available based on when the registration form is completed and successfully submitted. Registration discounts are listed on the registration form. 
  • All registrants will be billed for the Forum on their company’s monthly statement. Credit cards will NOT be accepted for registration for the 2023 event. 
  • Registrants may cancel their registrations at any time until April 25, 2023 and receive a full refund. After that date, there will be no refunds. 
  • Currently, there are no event-related COVID restrictions, but we are monitoring California and CDC guidelines and will provide updates as necessary and as updated information becomes available.
  • Forum updates will be posted on the MeridianLink blog, on the Product Community Forum pages, and on the MeridianLink website at You may also receive emails from your MeridianLink Account Executive and in the Weekly Roundup, sent out every Tuesday to all MeridianLink customers.
