The MortgageClas & MortgageDat Platform is directly Integrated with MeridianLink LOS for document classification and data extraction via OCR Technology.  The MortgageClas Model consists of over 2,000 uniquely trained Mortgage Documents which are mappable to the eDocs Names maintaining customer naming conventions.  The MortgageDat configuration consists of over 1,800 data fields that can be mapped into the individual loan fields, custom fields, or the description/internal comments fields in eDocs.  The Classification accuracy is over 98% where the extraction accuracy on first generation scanned documents is now over 95% with extraction from electronically generated documents, is 100% accurate.  Leveraging this integration can help streamline the pre-approval, processing, underwriting, and post-closing processes to name a few areas within the loan life cycle.
