As Florida’s third largest credit union, Space Coast Credit Union has built its reputation on being a financial watchdog for more than 685,000 members. When it came to growth, the credit union knew it had a problem hiding in plain sight. Its existing membership base represented a significant untapped opportunity, but they didn’t have the tools to reach them.

Marketing teams relied on broad segmentation and manual analysis, making it difficult to identify which members actually qualified for loan and credit offers.
