Networking & Special Events

Nashville Networking and Nighttime Events

According to our post-Forum surveys, networking ranks equal to education opportunities at our annual customer event. So, we are putting extra effort into making this year’s offerings as special as possible.

Here are some of those key networking opportunities at TazWorks LIVE! 2024.

Hoooooooooowdy! Customer Welcome Reception

4:30pm—7pm
(Included with registration.)

We are so glad to welcome you to Nashville. Get settled in your room and then come join us for the forum’s kickoff event. There will be food and beverages available as you meet new colleagues and re-engage with acquaintances in a very casual atmosphere. This is a wonderful place to connect with peers, partners, and key TazWorks staff! This event takes place in the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.

Grand Ole Opry Private Show

7pm—9:30pm

(This event is included in your registration. There will not be individual tickets available for purchase to attend this event.)

We very well couldn’t hold TazWorks LIVE! 2024 next door to the legendary Grand Ole Opry House, home of country music, and not go inside! We’ve negotiated a special private concert for a last-night event that everyone should remember, regardless of your age or taste in music.

TazWorks LIVE! and MeridianLink LIVE! attendees will be treated to a special concert performance in the Grand Ole Opry Hall featuring artists including Chris Janson, Lauren Alaina, Craig Morgan, Sierra Ferrell, and Sister Sadie.

There will be a couple of contests throughout the evening—enter and take part for the chance to win prizes. Make sure you bring your phone so you can take pictures!

Customer Appreciation Special Event

6pm
(Included with registration.)

Sponsored by our Platinum Sponsors: Astute Public Records, Cerebrum, & Affirm Background

We like to close out TazWorks LIVE! by celebrating our customers! To start off the evening, join us for a reception where you can kick back and relax with staff, vendors, and fellow customers. We follow that with a full dinner buffet. And back by popular request, to cap off the evening, we have an evening of dueling pianos. It’s great to see all the creative song requests, hear all the singing along—and occasionally, someone even stumps the band!
