Grab your sunscreen and shades — we’re headed to Orlando, Florida, for TazWorks^™ LIVE! 2025.

Over the coming months, we will share updated information on TazWorks LIVE! registration opening, daily agendas, special events, and keynote speakers, so make sure you subscribe to our blog and visit the TazWorks website often.

In the meantime, here’s some information to help you plan your attendance.

Registration Costs

The full fee is $799 per person, but early bird discounts could save you up to $100 — keep an eye out for registration details!

Included Events

The fee covers all keynote and concurrent sessions, vendor showcase access, all meals, special evening events, and networking opportunities.

Hotel & Venue

All sessions will be held at the Loews Meeting Complex at Universal Orlando Resort^™. Both Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort will have direct access to the meeting complex. The TazWorks/MeridianLink discounted room rate is $277 per night, plus applicable taxes for both hotels. You should plan to make your hotel reservations at the same time you register, as rooms at this rate are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Travel Information

You can fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO). The resort is about a 20-25-minute drive.

Parking

Discounted overnight self-parking at the Loews complex is $15 per night.
