Overview

MeridianLink LIVE! is a 3.5-day educational event that supplies thought-provoking keynote presentations, tracks/sessions, roundtables/panels, workshops, and networking opportunities to enhance customer use of the MeridianLink® One suite of products and services.

MeridianLink LIVE! will take place May 5-8, 2025, at the Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida.

Registration

Once registration opens, you will use the online registration form located on the MeridianLink website.  

You will receive a link to make your hotel reservations following successful receipt of your online registration. This link will allow you to access the discounted rates that MeridianLink has negotiated for its customers, vendors, and prospects.

The full fee for MeridianLink LIVE! 2025 is $1899, however registration fee discounts apply based on the date registration is successfully submitted. Early registrants can save as much as $500 per person. Registration will open online December 16, 2024.  The registration discount schedule for MeridianLink customer is as follows: 

December 16, 2024-January 31, 2025: $500 discount off the full registration price 

February 1, 2025-March 14, 2025: $350 discount off the full registration price 

March 15, 2025-April 11, 2025: $200 discount of the full registration price 

April 12, 2025-May 9, 2025: Full registration fee applies (no discount) 

Please note: These registration discounts may not be combined with other event or presentation discounts

Your registration fee includes the following:

  • Entrance to all keynote, tracks/sessions, round tables/panels, and workshops 
  • Monday welcome reception  
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday buffet breakfasts  
  • Tuesday and Wednesday buffet lunches  
  • Tuesday evening MeridianLink Arc Award special event (includes dinner)  
  • Wednesday evening special event (includes dinner)  
  • Daily morning and afternoon refreshment breaks  
  • Access to vendor showcase exhibit area during open hours
  • Any registrant for MeridianLink LIVE! events may substitute another person from their organization by notifying the MeridianLink Marketing Team at [email protected] in writing prior to April 11, 2025. With notification acceptance, the substitute attendee agrees to the same governing policies as the original registrant.  
  • Any registrant may cancel their registration by notifying the MeridianLink Marketing Team at [email protected] in writing prior to or on April 11, 2025, to receive a full refund of event fees.  
  • If cancelling after April 11, 2025, each registrant cancelling is responsible for all registration fees.

Attendee guests are welcome to attend certain MeridianLink LIVE! events. A ticket package is available for $399 that includes the Monday welcome reception, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday buffet breakfasts, Tuesday and Wednesday evening events, and all morning keynote sessions.

  • Since alcohol will be served at evening events, ALL guests must be over 21 years of age.  
  • Each guest must pre-register for the guest program. Guest registrations will only be accepted on-site if space is still available. There are a limited number of guest registrations available.  
  • Each guest needs a separate registration to participate. A special registration one-time use code is needed to access the guest fee of $399.  
  • To obtain a guest code, a registered attendee must contact [email protected].This limited one-time use code must be entered into the registration form before submission. Customers and their guests must agree to follow the same required registration stipulations as all attendees to attend events.  
  • The guest package can be paid for by billing the company or paying onsite. Check the appropriate option.  
  • Individual tickets to events offered in the guest program will NOT be available.

Lodging and Travel

MeridianLink LIVE! 2025 site is Universal Orlando Resort with rooms being held at both the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort. Both properties connect directly to the meeting space. The Loews Sapphire Falls Resort is closest to the MeridianLink LIVE! general sessions and networking evening events.

  • The MeridianLink negotiated discount rate is $277 per night (not including local and state taxes and fees). This is a substantial savings over regular published rates for May 2025.  
  • We recommend you make your hotel reservation at the same time as making your LIVE! registration. The negotiated room block is limited and once fully booked it will no longer be available. Universal Orlando Resort is a primary destination for other conventions and tourists and the hotel is expecting a full house during the week of the MeridianLink LIVE!  
  • The cutoff date for reserving a hotel room at this discounted room rate is April 11, 2025. After that date regular hotel rates apply.  
  • Rooms at the discounted rate are extremely limited at both Loews Resort properties before and after MeridianLink LIVE! if you plan to extend your stay from Saturday, May 3 or until Saturday, May 10. 
  • Attendees can cancel their hotel reservations with a minimum of 4 days’ notice prior to the first night of stay without penalty.  
  • IMPORTANT: To make your hotel reservations at either property with the special discounted rate, you MUST use the link found on your registration confirmation. 
  1. Register for the  MeridianLink LIVE! 2025 starting December 16, 2024. Complete and submit your registration using a valid company email address. Please do not use a personal email address with a free domain such as gmail.com or yahoo.com.  
  2. Retrieve your MeridianLink LIVE! 2025 confirmation email. Check your inbox for a confirmation email that will include a special link to the Universal Orlando Resort reservation site to secure your discounted MeridianLink rate of $277++ per night. If you make a reservation at the main Universal Resort, Loews Sapphire Falls, Loews Royal Pacific, or any other booking site, you will not be able to take advantage of the discounted MeridianLink rate. 
  3. Book your stay. Use the reservation link from your LIVE! registration confirmation email to confirm the nights of your stay. You will need a credit card to hold your reservation.

Attendees can fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO) served by 35 major airlines including all major U.S. carriers. The Universal Orlando Resort is approximately 15 miles from MCO. It is served by taxis, ride shares, and major rental car agencies.

  • MeridianLink has negotiated a $15 per night self-parking rate at each resort property over the official event dates.  
  • These charges are for once-in, once-out privileges and not for in/out privileges.  
  • All parking prices are subject to change without notice.

General

  • Sessions will NOT be live-streamed or recorded due to A/V setups and permissions required to live stream and record multiple presentations.  
  • Some sessions may be offered as single webinars after the event throughout 2025.  
  • Some session presentation decks may be offered for download after the event for registered attendees.

  • Program development is underway and there will be opportunities for customer presenters or panelists. If you are interested in serving in either capacity, please complete the form on this page — Call for Speakers.  
  • If accepted as a speaker, customers will receive a complimentary MeridianLink LIVE! registration to the event. All other transportation and lodging fees are not covered.
  • Arrangements have been made to have a series of rooms available for 30-minute consultations with available staff.  
  • A 30-minute one-on-one session can be arranged with your Account Manager prior to and during the event.

The dress code is business casual during the day and casual for evening events. We suggest you wear clothing for your comfort in meeting room sessions and outdoor evening events.  

But most of all, wear comfortable shoes! While the meeting space is all under one roof, the Universal Orlando Resort requires a lot of walking to get from your hotel room to various meeting rooms and special event locations.
