MeridianLink LIVE! 2026 will take place from May 11 to May 14, 2026, at Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina.
Registration
Registration for MeridianLink LIVE! 2026 will open on December 9, 2025. Once registration opens, you will use the online registration form found here.
Payment for registration can be made via credit card or through invoice. Credit card is the preferred method of payment. We accept American Express, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. If invoice is the selected payment method, registration will be confirmed but not considered complete until payment is received. Payment must be received prior to May 7, 2026, to avoid registration being cancelled.
Once you have successfully submitted your registration, you will receive a confirmation via email from [email protected]. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive confirmation.
This email contains the hotel link to make your hotel reservation and allows you to access the discounted rates that MeridianLink has negotiated for its customers, vendors, and prospects. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact [email protected].
The full fee is $1,899 per person, but early discounts could save you up to $500!
Registration discount schedule:
- December 9, 2025-February 14, 2026: $500 discount off full registration fee ($1,399)
- February 14, 2026-February 28, 2026: $350 discount off full registration fee ($1,549)
- March 1, 2026-March 31, 2026: $200 discount off full registration fee ($1,699)
- April 1, 2026-April 20, 2026: $100 discount off full registration fee ($1,799)
- April 21, 2026-May 14, 2026: Full registration fee, no discount ($1,899)
Guest tickets to MeridianLink LIVE! 2026 are available for $399.
- A guest ticket includes access to morning keynote sessions, breakfast buffets, and all evening events.
- Guest packages do not include access to concurrent session tracks, the vendor showcase exhibit hall, 1-on-1 sessions, afternoon keynotes, or lunch.
- Each registrant can add one guest during their registration process.
- There are a limited number of guest registrations available. Guest packages will be available on-site only if space is still available.
- Since alcohol will be served at evening networking events, all guests must be at least 21 years of age.
- Individual tickets to evening events will not be available.
- Guests must agree to follow the same required registration stipulations as all customers.
- Guest payment will not be collected during online registration. Guest payment will be collected on-site at check-in. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Discover, American Express, Mastercard.
Registrants may cancel their registration by notifying the MeridianLink Marketing Team at [email protected] before April 20, 2026, and receive a full refund. After that date, there will be no refunds.
Registrants may substitute another person from their organization by clicking on the “Modify Registration” link in your confirmation email. Log into your registration and then click “Transfer Registration” prior to May 7, 2026. With notification of acceptance, the substitute attendee agrees to the same governing policies as the original registrant.

Lodging & Travel
MeridianLink LIVE! 2026 will be held at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina.
The MeridianLink discounted room rate is $325 per night, plus applicable taxes. You should plan to make your hotel reservations at the same time you register, as rooms at this rate are on a first-come, first-served basis. and we have negotiated a significantly reduced daily room rate for current and prospective customers, vendor partners, and guests.
The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the San Diego International Airport (SAN). If driving to the hotel, MeridianLink has negotiated discounted daily self-parking at $45 per day plus tax. Valet parking is $65 per day plus tax.
