What is 2023 TazWorks User Forum (a.k.a., TazWorks User Forum LIVE!)?

The TazWorks™ User Forum is a two-day educational user event that provides thought-provoking keynote presentations, tracks and sessions, round tables and panels, workshops, and networking opportunities to enhance clients' experiences with the TazWorks platform.

Registration

How do I register for the 2023 TazWorks User Forum?

Please use our online registration page.

  • Invoicing is the only payment option at the TazWorks User Forum and related events.
  • After completing and submitting your registration, clients will receive an invoice from TazWorks/MeridianLink® so they can make their payment. Payment is due upon receipt. 
  • Please save the confirmation number that appears once your registration has been successfully submitted. This number allows you to make any future changes to your registration. 
  • Your confirmation also includes the link to make your hotel reservations at the TazWorks negotiated rate.
Whom should I contact if I have problems registering?

If you registered online but can't find the registration email confirmation, please check your spam and/or junk folders. The email from which the confirmation was sent is events@meridianlink.com.

Are early bird rates available?

The full fee for the 2023 TazWorks User Forum is $599. However, registration fee discounts apply based on the registration submission date.

Early bird pricing for Forum registration is available: 

  • Registrations submitted on or before March 14, 2023, receive a $100 discount for a rate of $499 per person.     
  • All registrations received on and after March 14, 2023, will be invoiced for the full $599 per person. 
What is included in the registration fee?

Your registration fee includes the following: 

  • Entrance to all keynote, industry, and education sessions 
  • Tuesday Welcome Reception 
  • Wednesday and Thursday buffet breakfasts 
  • Wednesday and Thursday buffet lunches
  • Wednesday evening reception
  • Thursday evening closing dinner event
  • Plus daily morning and afternoon refreshment breaks 
What are the cancellation and substitution policies for the TazWorks User Forum and related events?
  • Any registrant may substitute another person from their company by notifying the TazWorks/MeridianLink Marketing team (events@meridianlink.com) in writing prior to April 28, 2023. Upon substitution acceptance, the attendee agrees to the same governing policies as the original registrant. 
     
  • Any registrant may cancel their registration by notifying the TazWorks/MeridianLink Marketing team (events@meridianlink.com) in writing prior to or on April 25, 2023, to receive a full refund on event fees. 
     
  • If canceling after April 25, 2023, the registrant is responsible for all registration fees. 

 

Lodging and Travel

Where do TazWorks User Forum and related events take place?

The 2023 TazWorks User Forum and its related events take place in Salt Lake City, Utah, at the Salt Lake City Downtown Marriott City Creek. 

  • There is a TazWorks negotiated discounted rate of $199 per night, excluding local and state taxes and fees. Use this link to reserve your room. Please mention that you will be attending the TazWorks User Forum to access the discounted rate. 
  • The cut-off date for reserving a hotel room at this discounted rate is April 20, 2023. After this date, prevailing hotel rates apply. 
  • Attendees can cancel their hotel reservations with a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to the first night of stay without penalty. 
How do I book a hotel room at the discounted TazWorks User Forum rate?
Is there parking at the hotels?
Valet parking at the Marriott is $39 for Overnight and $20 for Day-Use Valet (approximately 9–12 hours).

What COVID protocols will be required to attend the event?

To attend the  TazWorks User Forum, all attendees—as well as any spouses or guests of attendees—must agree to adhere to the prevailing COVID protocols, or they will NOT be able to attend.

  • Currently, there are no official protocols from the State of Utah.
If I can’t attend in person, will the event be live-streamed? Will Forum session recordings be available following the event? Will a virtual version of the Forum be held?

Sessions will NOT be live-streamed due to the setups and permissions required to live-stream multiple presentations.

If interested in sponsoring the Tazworks User Forum, please contact lynda.borsodi@meridianlink.com. 
Will there be an opportunity to meet with my Client Success Managers or members of the TazWorks Product or Support staff in person?
  • Arrangements have been made to have a series of rooms available for 30-minute consultations with available staff.
  • A 30-minute 1:1 session can be arranged with your Client Success Managers prior to and during the event. 
What is the dress code for the event?
The dress code is business casual for daytime events and casual for evening events. We suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater for your comfort in meeting room sessions as well as outdoor morning and evening events.
