Dear Valued Clients and Partners

As COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to impact the global community, we want to update you on the steps we have taken to ensure business continuity for all our customers around the world.

Based on guidance from the World Health Organization, we have augmented our already robust Business Continuity Plan with specific steps to account for COVID-19.

Being a SaaS company, you can rest assured that the performance of our MeridianLink platform and products will not be impacted. As the situation continues to develop, we have asked employees in office locations to work from home as a precaution. Please rest assured we have tested this scenario as part of our business continuity planning, and we are equipped to maintain the high-quality responsiveness and client support you have come to expect from us. Our software support analysts are here to assist you as normal.

It goes without saying that, in the current environment, the health and safety of our employees, clients and partners are paramount. We have updated our Pandemic Response Plan based on guidance from the World Health Organization. As such, we have suspended employee travel, both international and domestic. In addition, given many of our customers have implemented similar travel policies, we have instructed employees to leverage technology and conduct internal and external meetings virtually as much as possible.

This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the situation is changing daily. We are committed to maintaining our business operations and ensuring you continue to receive the highest quality service without disruption. Thank you for your continued trust in MeridianLink.
