What is the XpressAccounts (XA) Advanced Training: Certification Program?

An exclusive 4-part program consisting of two prep courses and two exams that will enhance the XA administrator's expertise and abilities in their duties to ensure they are using the platform to its fullest capabilities. If they pass both exams, they will receive an XA Certification that will enhance their personal growth and professional development as a Super User.

Who is eligible?
Advanced Administrators who have experience in the XA module and are ready to take their skills and product knowledge to the next level.

How much does it cost? 
One-time registration and a one-time fee of $399 that includes:

  • 2-Part Webinar Trainings
  • Multiple-choice exam
  • Practical Scenarios Exam

What are the recommended prerequisites?

  • Attended a full XA Admin Training Group within the last 12 months or watched recordings of the training group.
  • Watched the admin training videos for XA found in the Foundational Videos and Operational Video sections of the Knowledge Base. Watching the training videos in the Conditional Videos section may be useful, but is not required. 
  • Completed a minimum of 20 hours of XA system build and configurations as an admin for your organization. 
  • Please note: These prerequisites are recommendations, and whether or not they are completed before attending the trainings is based on the honor system. Clients who attend the trainings without completing at least these requirements may have a difficult time keeping up with the discussions and exercises.

Think Like An XA Power User Pt. 2 Webinar

This is an 'invite-only' mandatory prep course where you will receive critical thinking tools and realistic considerations that will prepare you to succeed in the practical scenarios exam. Our team will reach out directly to members who passed the multiple-choice exam in order to move on to Part 2 of the training.

  • The prerequisite for taking the multiple-choice exam is proficiency of the Part 1 training.
  • The prerequisite for taking the practical scenarios exam is proficiency of the Part 2 training AND passing the multiple-choice exam.
