  • MeridianLink seems like an awesome place to work. What should I do to get your attention?

    Great question! (We love go-getters.) First, check out our list of open positions. We update it regularly, so if you don’t find a position that matches your education or experience, keep coming back. Then send your updated resume to Please write the name of the position you’re applying for in the subject line of your email.

  • Resume submission success! (Now what?...)

    We aim to respond to every email we receive within three business days after you submit your resume (longer during career fair season). We may include a link to an assessment or exercise in our emails, so please check your spam folder if it’s been a while since you’ve heard from us.

  • What shall I expect when I interview with MeridianLink?

    We start with one or two phone interviews so our recruiters and hiring managers can get to know you better. Be prepared to tell us a little about yourself and all the awesome experience you bring along with you.  You’ll also have an opportunity to interview us – feel free to ask questions to see if we fit what you’re looking for!


    If you seem like a great match for the position, we’ll email you an invitation to meet with us at one of our offices.   This visit will likely include questions about your experience and/or education, and could include skills-based exercises related to the position.  We’ll throw in some questions that give us a sense of how you solve problems, how you present your ideas, and other examples of skills related to the position for which you’re applying. If you’re a software developer, we’ll likely ask you some detailed technical questions about your skill set and ask you to perform live coding. Don’t freak out; we’re sure you’ll do great.

  • What’s the MeridianLink dress code?

    Like most software companies, we’re pretty casual. You should feel free to rock your own personal style (…within appropriate limits.) During your face-to-face interview, you’ll want to demonstrate your professionalism, so feel free to dress up rather than down. You never know whom you’re going to meet in our hallways and it’s always a great idea to make a smart first impression.

  • Will I see MeridianLink at my university’s employment events?

    Our recruiters travel to campuses all up and down Southern California looking for recent or soon-to-be-grads to join our team. Check out Meet MeridianLink to see where we’ll be next. If we’re not at your campus, feel free to swing by a neighboring school if they don’t mind. Or, just keep checking back for updates to see if we’ll be at your school any time in the future.

  • Will I get on-the-job training?

    Of course! Everyone receives the same basic info about how we do things around the office, where the coffee maker is, and how to not be shy about speaking up with your ideas. After all, that’s why we hired you. Beyond that, you’ll get a customized training course, depending on your position. We’ll bring you up to speed on our technical and admin systems so you’ll be ready to dig into real projects right away because busy work bores us too.
