MeridianLink Pandemic Response

ML_728x90

Dear Valued Clients and Partners

MeridianLink greatly appreciates working with your organizations, and we understand that we play an important part in your organization’s success.  As we are all recognizing, the fluidity of the Coronavirus / COVID-19 situation is of great concern.

We are writing today to assure you that our commitment to mitigate the impact to our business and to your business is steadfast.

  1. MeridianLink is actively working with an expert third-party firm to fortify our current Pandemic response plan to further ensure business continuity.
    1. We are undergoing a full tabletop exercise and review of the revised plan this week.
    2. A summary of our Pandemic response plan will be made available to our clients and partners by the end of this week.
  2. The MeridianLink products and services you use are hosted in data centers or in the cloud and do not require active on-site maintenance to function.
    1. There is no anticipated interruption to your service due to a quarantine and/or restriction on travel or in-office work.
  3. The internal systems we leverage to run our business are cloud-based (e.g., Salesforce for Support) and are available to our employees working remotely.
  4. We have contingency plans to enable employees to work remotely if required – thus we are prepared for any interruptions caused by quarantines or restrictions on travel or in-office work.
  5. We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) responses to and guidance about the disease.
  6. Locally, we are also monitoring state and local health organizations and will follow appropriate government guidance.

We understand the critical role that MeridianLink plays for our clients and partners and that nothing is more critical than the health and safety of our respective organizations.  We will continue to provide updates as needed.
