Get ready for four days of innovation, networking, and inspiration with a side of ocean breeze and coastal charm. This year’s event is packed with keynote insights, breakout sessions and panel discussions led by peers and leaders alike, and plenty of networking opportunities.

When and where is MeridianLink LIVE! 2026?
MeridianLink LIVE! 2026 takes place May 11 through 14, 2026, at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina in San Diego, CA.
Please note that MeridianLink has negotiated a discounted rate for a block of rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis. With that in mind, we strongly recommend reserving your room immediately following registration to ensure you get the best possible rate. A link to reserve at the discounted rate will be provided in your confirmation email, sent to the email associated with your registration.
If you would like to book adjacent rooms or rooms on the same floor as colleagues, please contact the hotel after everyone has booked their room and received a confirmation number to make specific accommodation requests.

What can you expect at this year’s event?
Agenda details will be available closer to the event date, but here’s an overview of what to look forward to:
- The return of the famous Vendor Showcase exhibit hall, featuring roughly 60 vendor partners compatible with MeridianLink solutions.
- One-on-one consultations to help you get the most out of your MeridianLink technology.
- Over 60 general and concurrent sessions ranging from keynote addresses and customer-led discussions to product demos and leadership insights.
Presentations will generally follow a group of themes guiding this year’s topics, including:
- Unlocking digital growth through seamless, end-to-end consumer experiences.
- Powering loyalty through personalization that deepens relationships and engagement.
- Driving efficiency with automation and optimized workflows.
- Leveraging data and AI to gain insights, strengthen decision-making, and achieve a competitive advantage.

Nominate a vendor partner for consideration here through February 27, 2026, and vote on finalists beginning March 2, 2026.
- Networking opportunities and special events including a welcome reception; Monday evening trivia nightcap; Tuesday evening Arc Award reception, dinner, and nightcap; and an exciting to-be-announced Wednesday evening private event!
What are the key dates to remember?
January 31: Last day of early bird $500 registration discount. See full discount schedule under “Registration Pricing” tab here.
February 27: Last day to submit Customer Choice Award nominations.
March 2: Customer Choice Award voting opens.
April 3: Last day for Arc Award nominations. Customer Choice Award voting closes.
April 13: First day to download the MeridianLink LIVE! app.
April 20: Last day for discounted room rate at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. Last day to cancel registration and receive a full refund.
May 11: MeridianLink LIVE! begins. The registration will open at 10 a.m.
Will sessions be live streamed or recorded?
Session live streams will not be available due to the difficult AV requirements that would entail. Similarly, session recordings will not be available. Some presentation slides may be available to attendees after the event at the presenter’s discretion.
If you attended last year’s event, is it worth your time to come back this year?
Certainly! Each year brings fresh insights into current and emerging industry trends and technology, new speakers, and unique networking opportunities. We’re constantly incorporating your feedback from prior events to keep raising the bar and creating something new, exciting, and informative. For these very reasons, we highly encourage you to come back year after year.
Are guest tickets available?
Yes, guest tickets are available for $399. Limit one guest per attendee. Guests must be 21+ years of age. Please see the “Guest Registration” tab on the Registration page for more details on stipulations and what’s included in this package.
Please note: You may add a guest at any point after registering and before the live event begins on May 11, as on-site guest ticket availability cannot be guaranteed. Individual evening event tickets are NOT available. Guest tickets are non-transferable.
