2023 MeridianLink User Forum Registration Now Open

The 2023 MeridianLink® User Forum customer registration is now open!

For a limited time, you can apply a $500 discount to the full User Forum fee. This is the largest publicized discount available to individual attendees. The discount ends January 31, 2023, so take advantage of it while you can.

2023 Meridianlink User Forum Agenda

This year’s agenda will feature more than 70 general and concurrent sessions on topics such as new features and functionalities, product training and demonstrations, customer-led presentations, and product roundtables. In addition to these knowledge-packed sessions, we’ll also have several keynote speakers, Vendor Showcase exhibits, and multiple networking events—so, it’s safe to say that the 2023 User Forum will indeed be one of the “happiest places on Earth!”

As mentioned in an earlier announcement, all key products and services will be represented in User Forum sessions, including:

On the FAQ page, you can learn about changes to the registration process and how to book your hotel accommodations. Here’s a summary of the process:

  1. Discounted registration. To take advantage of the $500 discount good through January 31, 2023, you’ll need a promo code. The promo code can be found on the registration form itself. If you’re a User Forum customer presenter or vendor showcase exhibitor, please use the promo code provided by your MeridianLink representative.
  2. Billing. Because all completed User Forum registrations will be invoiced to each customer’s company, you’ll need to provide an accurate billing address, company email address, and phone number when registering. (Personal email addresses with domains such as Gmail, AOL, Yahoo! Mail, Outlook, and iCloud Mail won’t be accepted.)
  3. Hotel reservations. After submitting your 2023 MeridianLink User Forum registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email from events@meridianlink.com with a link to book your hotel room at the Disneyland Resort®. The email will also include an access code needed to secure the special User Forum room rate of $349 per night. We recommend booking your room right away because the special discounted rate is expected to sell out. Additionally, if you’re planning to extend your stay to Sunday, May 7, or Thursday, May 11, a limited number of discounted rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis
