2023 MeridianLink User Forum in Review

The 2023 MeridianLink® User Forum was, in a word, magical! Thank you to all the customers, partners, and colleagues who joined us at the Disneyland® Resort for a week of info-packed sessions, thought-provoking ideas, and the chance to network with hundreds of industry leaders and peers.

The festivities kicked off with a keynote by Jean Chatzky, CEO of HerMoney.com and a leading voice in the finance space, who helped attendees formulate a roadmap to improve finances on an organizational level and among the individuals those organizations serve.

Additionally, our CEO Nicolaas Vlok offered opening remarks in which he described MeridianLink’s vision for the future. During the week, other MeridianLink leaders including Nathan Heidger, SVP of sales; Dean Germeyer, chief customer officer; Devesh Khare, chief product officer; and Kevin Patel, chief information security officer expanded on that vision and provided actionable steps we’re taking to connect our customers to even better through continued innovation and support.

Throughout the week, attendees sat in on dozens of breakout sessions to learn about the latest MeridianLink products and services, discover fresh insights across industries ranging from mortgage lending to collections, and explore offerings from our partner sponsors including Equifax®, TransUnion®, Experian®, and more.

Alongside these thought-provoking presentations were two more keynote speakers—Matthew Luhn, a former-Pixar-employee-turned-storyteller, and Mariana Atencio, a Peabody Award-winning journalist and author—who, respectively, inspired the audience with strategies to encourage workplace creativity and tap into one’s authentic self.

But all that was just the tip of the iceberg! Dotted throughout the week, between the keynotes, breakout sessions, and partner sponsors, were the amazing times shared by all!

The inaugural MeridianLink Arc Award presentations were an exciting addition to the Forum festivities. Tuesday night, ten Arc Award winners were honored with a special ceremony and dinner celebrating their inventive uses of MeridianLink products to improve their bottom lines, consumer satisfaction, and overall communities. We couldn’t be prouder of the accomplishments these recipients achieved and can’t wait to see what next year’s winners have in store.

Multiple product demo sessions gave customers a glimpse of the innovations our leadership mentioned at the welcome reception, opening minds up to the expanded possibilities for their organizations and consumers. Those same customers also had the opportunity to share ideas among peers and industry leaders alike during networking events ranging from evening nightcaps to a night at Disneyland® Park—after all, how could we pass up a chance to hit the park during a User Forum at the Happiest Place on Earth™?

It all wrapped up with closing remarks from our team and leadership, including remarks from MeridianLink co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer Tim Nguyen, who reflected on 25 years of MeridianLink’s partnership and growth alongside our incredible customers.

We can’t wait to see how the ideas shared at this year’s Forum continue to play out in the months ahead and what other, new perspectives develop alongside them. And, of course, we also can’t wait to discuss these developments and more with each of you next year. Speaking of…
