2020 MeridianLink Virtual User Forum Registration is Now Open!

When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. While we are extremely disappointed  that we cannot host you LIVE in beautiful Huntington Beach next month at our 2020 User Forum in person, we still are committed to building, supporting, and strengthening ties with you, our clients, prospective clients, and the lending community.

So, as announced earlier this month, we have created a two-day 2020 Virtual User Forum taking place June 9-10.

Our goal is to replicate as many of the key aspects that make our annual event such an educational event for everyone. We have packed the agenda with sessions that give you:

  1. Valuable insights into our product roadmaps .
  2. Best practices and tips to better use our LoansPQ, LendingQB, and XpressAccounts solutions.
  3. Perspectives from industry experts and your peers.

We are excited to feature guest speakers from Cornerstone Advisors and internationally recognized industry futurist  Jim Marous, who will supply their perspectives on the digital future of lending after COVID-19.

Day 1: Digital Lending/Account Opening  Journey

As social distancing is the new normal for an unknown amount of time, understanding how you can enhance your digital strategies for a prosperous future and to engage your customers and members is of utmost importance. All sessions on Tuesdayfocus on recent product enhancements, upcoming releases, and essential information on how you effectively use our software platforms to engage with your members and customers regardless of device or location. One of the most anticipated sessions is the unveiling of the modern UI/UX experience for LoansPQ modules, which will be available later in June.

Day 2: Operational Excellence

The concurrent track sessions on Wednesday cover a variety of topics to keep you and your staff knowledgeable on our various software tools and services, with special attention paid to working in remote settings that have become ‘normal ’ for so many of us. Session topics cover our current products and offerings for both administrative and management users. And, based on your feedback on our Virtual Forum Survey in April, we are also featuring programming highlighting how data and analytics add value to your existing processes.

We received input from various companies and clients that have held or took part in digital events during the last few months. We are applying that advice to our event. You will need to register for each session you want to attend individually. This is to help ensure sound and visual quality. Once you register for your first session later registration forms will auto-fill with your information.
