There is no software installation required to order flood reports with the MCL system. All that is needed is a Web browser (Internet Explorer 5.5+) with 128 bit encryption.

Ordering Flood report

1. When you first login, you will see the Desktop (Figure 1) in the Main page.
   
2. Click on the Order tab to order flood. Figure 1
