Pulling a credit report with Agent Link
  1. Once the LOS interface is installed, minimize all the windows. Double click on the Agent Link icon on your Windows Desktop to launch the Agent Link's Genesis interface. It should look similiar to the icon shown in Figure 3.

  2. After double clicking the AgentLink icon, AgentLink will pop up. It should look similar to Figure 4. The default data path for the Genesis 2000 system is c:\genesis\data\master.dbf. To determine your Genesis data path, do a search for the master.dbf file using Window explorer. The data path should be the location where the master.dbf file resides. The UserID is your Login Name for Genesis 2000. Enter the corresponding value into those fields. Once you have configured the Agent Link interface, you will not have to enter the Genesis data path or UserID for future reports.

  3. Click on the Select File button to select a borrower file and launch the LOS Interface.
