  1. You are now in the applicant screen and your Supplement Request is
    documented in the Request History section. Click the TRADE link to
    view your Supplement Request (green box). (the TYPE link will vary in names
    depending on what type of request you made: Public Record/Trade/Inquiry/MISC).
